Siyempre tulungan din tayo para maging success, kasi mukhang Batch lang natin ang walang banner sa SRCS, Alam ko naman na ang Batch natin ang mga pasaway. Remember those bartolina days and ang paiyakin ang teacher natin that makes us to have bunutan and reshuffle of sections....
Hindi lang reunion ang main purpose ko, from there baka may mga classmates tayo in need at baka sakali may magawa tayong paraan di ba... so for good cause naman tong plano ko and syempre enjoyment din...

As i told you it would be really nice if you could organized a grand reunion for our batch and for good cause din....malay nga natin we could help some of those who are in need. I will try to get in touch with our other batch mates, i was trying to reach out for shelly but to no avail, siguro she's too busy. But hopefully makontak din natin siya and also, other batchmates, like Adelia Casas, Leah Pascual, Jabel Carandang-nagsend na siya ng e-mail sa atin and she's in Ireland, then Elenita based on her latest e-mail to us, she's now residing in Singapore together with her family and some other more classmates that we could reach out.....we will for sure assist you for this purpose and give you our best support to reach out to each and everyone.

 | Hi Olive! Okay, so we can organize a grand reunion for SRCS Paniqui Class of 1986 with you as the "coordinator". But try to coordinate with Jocelyn Calpito(Manaois in Paniqui) and Carolyn Abuan(San Manuel,Tarlac),our class secretary and treasurer, so they can help you.
And we can do all our "brainstormings" on this site. As a starter, maybe we can gather suggestions for tentative date and venue. And for it to be really grand, as in really,really grand, the preparation to "bring everyone in" is ten years. But that does not prevent us from making smaller get togethers like the one you recently had(2006).
My suggestion is Reunion Date: December 2016
Reunion Venue: Manila Peninsula(Makati)/
The Great Shang Tower(Makati)
It will be an overnight stay for the whole family including children and grandchildren and the use of the function room.

Be realistic po, kung mag oorganize naman tayo ng Grand Reunion wag naman na 2016 pa matagal naman na yun, baka di na ako makasayaw nun ha! hihihihi.
I prefer na sa Paniqui pa rin ganapin ang Gand Reunion natin kasi dun naman tayo nagsimulang magkakasama, as I've said one of the purpose is to help some of our batchmate who is less fortunate, we can not expect na lahat tayo eh maganda ang buhay..... instead of spending it sa Five star Hotel eh pantulong na lang natin di ba.
mas masaya siyempre na makasama rin antin yung mga naging teacher natin during high school days at least maalala natin kung ano ang pinag-gagawa nila sa atin before... heheheheh sama na natin yung mga bartolina days...

The 2016 Grand Reunion
Since many of us are already based-abroad, Metro Manila is the most convenient. So that we can have an access to the airport immediately if we want an early exit and since Clark is not yet fully operational. We will always have reunions in Paniqui(St. Rose) alright. At the old convent,you fondly call "bartolina", with the loads of guano from the colony of bats greeting you on the stairs. Half of the centuries-old convent turned into fourth year classrooms while the other half is occupied by Bishop Cinense in mid-80's immediately after the cyclone Saling, remember? (See URL http://www.geocities.com/manilascooltalk/saling.htm ) And today,did you know, they have added more classrooms at the back of the convent. They have converted the old tennis court,the one adjacent to our "dead-end" classroom as 2nd Year Yellow in the "camalig", into another SRCS building. More rooms are created at the back of the sacristi as well(where the administrators(OP sisters) are housed and the primary pupils rooms are located). Our only legacy, the basketball court at the side of the church that is worth more than Php120,000.00 in 1985 (a product of our Ms.KBSC project) has shrunk down. If it is a foot high from the ground before, it is now as high. We are not prevented from doing REUNIONs there alright but with the Grand one, I suggest we host it in Manila. To get us the feeling that we have arrived, come on!
Another suggestion for venue is Holiday Plaza Hotel in Roxas Boulevard and a function room at PICC. Anyway, we will still vote for it later and since we are on the brainstorming stage, all suggestions will be accepted.

LOL again! I think your suggestion is great! But we can keep our communications limited on the net's multiply sites for now. And we can exchange long distance phone calls to authenticate and verify. In similar fashion, handcarried correspondence is also enjoined. Olive is in the Philippines only every two years and it will be more inconvenient if we will re-route all communications to Dubai and back to the country. Hi George! I just came back from a long weekend...if you remember..it's Canada Day last Saturday (July 1). I was supposed to call Marlette or Marivi but I got busy for the last three days....maghapong wala sa bahay...hehe
I realize how hard and difficult to organize a grand reunion but I think ten years is too long...maybe a networking committe should be assigned as well so we could have a dedicated group who would contact the rest of our batchmates....If we have this group it would be easier for Olive as the coordinator to contact everybody. The networking committe should report to her regularly for any progress.
Anyway just update me for any more news...I have to do some work now 'cause everybody is bugging me...FDA is scheduled to do some audit in our building today.

Hi Audien!
I'm glad there is one who is concerned to "get down on the matter". I suggest that all funds for the event will be handled by Ms. Carolyn Abuan, so try to get in touch with her. And there must be an annual turn-out of a "little" amount budgeted for the event coming from every alumnus(batch 86) and the fund will be kept on the bank, on a joint account between Ms. Abuan and a coordinator for the event,like Olive for instance. And later on, we'll have a further meeting if we can turn that into a revolving fund similar to a trust instead of remaining stagnant and will be raffled among the alumni(batch 86) who will "keep it" for a while until the actual event comes. But then, "paano kung yung venture ng hahawak sandali e malugi?", there lies the loophole so most of us will rather have it time deposited. LOL!
We'll have constant annual meeting over the net and up-close and personal. And the BIG EVENT does not prevent us from holding "smaller" gatherings for REUNION.
How's Rodel doing? Ano... me baby na kayo?

Well, ang comment ko lang as of this time, is that FIRST: yong time frame of helding the said reunion in 2016 is too long....though ang sabi mo nga time flies so quickly.

Ok nga sana kung may committee tayo sa pinas pero face the facts ang mga kasamahan natin sa pinas eh di pa rin connected sa email na di katulad natin na kahait saan ka may access tayo via internet.
If you want George nasa Pinas ka naman ikaw na ang incharge jan to communicate sa mga batchmate natin na base sa pinas, kami naman na nasa ibang bansa madali na ang communication.
You suggested Caoline Abuan to tell u the truth magmula ng gaduation natin wala na akong balita sa kanya.
We need somebody na makikita natin makakausap o ma-email man lang.
I do think na kaming mga nasa ibang bansa tawagan lang kami at madali na kaming makausap. Ang mga kasamahan natin jan ang medyo mahirap. Tutal nga anjan ka sa Pinas give me all the info you can gather , especially kung may cell sila maski text lang yan naman ang IN sa pinas diba may roaming naman ako kaya di sila masyadong magagastusan.
Ang fund na naiisip nyo mas maganda kung malapit na ang event wag muna ngayon, we dont want na ang problemahin natin eh pera.

Hahaha....it's not me! Mga QC namin natataranta takot sa mga taga FDA...They're in some kind of correcting all documentation errors..and they need my assistance so they can be at peace... We have more than 10 buildings and no one knows the exact date of their coming in our building to do the auditing, all we know is they're scheduled to come in our dept. within this week. Our production personnels are the most affected because they can get questioned regarding their job..they can be asked about our SOP's, documentations at marami pang iba.....and mind Revenue Canada is not after me....I am after them! haha...Imagine wala na nga me income last year pinagbabayad pa ako!
I understand that not everybody has e-mail access...as you have mentioned you would rather have local Phil.- based networking committe....that's what I have in mind.....as I remember we have 3 sections. . . hindi naman natin natatandaan lahat espacially yung mga nasa ibang sections....
I will contact Leya Melchor, I know she's on my sister's friendster list and Mirla Tolentino (her Kuya is my sister's bilas) from her we can contact the our classmates from Anao.
